We’re delighted that at the end of 2015, Canon Philippa Boardman agreed to be a MANNA trustee! This wonderful and rather apt photo is from her visit to Niassa in 2014 where she is pictured here with two first anglican community female priests – Albertina and Claudina. Philippa herself, was amongst the first group of women to be ordained in the Diocese of London 20 years earlier in 1994. Their smiles are all infectious and already Philippa has brought this infectious enthusiasm to MANNA.
In her day job, she works as the Canon Treasurer at St Paul’s Cathedral and she has the huge task of being responsible for the finance and fabric of the building.
