When you ask one of the Bishops in Mozambique & Angola, what they would like help with, one of the comments that comes back time and time again is – “help with theological training, refreshing, resources etc”. Therefore, this is something we are trying to better intentionally support at MANNA and so it was brilliant to see the fruition of some of this work with clergy training in the Diocese of Lebombo.
37 clergy from the districts of Pungue, Inhambane, Maciene, Limpopo, Maputo and Umbeluze came together in early August to study and learn and later the self-supporting clergy came together for evening seminars to fit aorund their jobs in the days. We continue to pray for the renewal, transformation & growth of the clergy and the people of the diocese.
