In mid March, Rev Joe Moffatt, MANNA trustee and a Vicar in Teddington with an ALMA link church went to visit Nampula & Pemba, Mozambique to be part of the Inauguration of the New Anglican Missionary Diocese of Nampula & visit his link churches in & around Pemba. It was a time of much joy, celebration and learning of the plans for this diocese.

The Inauguration of the Diocese was a wonderfully celebratory occasion with much singing and dancing and presided over by Archbishop Thabo.

After the celebrations, Joe went off to Pemba to visit his link Parish and some of the many churches in the remote villages and at the bottom a welcome from a remote school outside Pemba in Chimoio.
